Return of goods
Nordicchairs.lt complies with all laws of the Republic of Lithuania, the Civil Code and other legal acts regulating e-commerce.
A 30-day money-back warranty applies to those purchasing goods from the Nordicchairs.lt online store. The buyer may return the purchased goods only if the goods have not been damaged, mechanically damaged or have not substantially changed their appearance, and they have not been used. The goods are returned in their original and undamaged packaging. The entire contents of the parcel and the purchase invoice must be returned together with the goods or their package.
The costs of returning the product are borne by the buyer, except in cases where the product is not purchased by the Buyer and (or) of poor quality. The Seller returns the money paid for the product (their package) to the Buyer within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned product.
Warranty
All products are provided with a 24-month warranty, unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer. During this period, the product may be replaced or returned if the product has manufacturing defects that impair or make the use of the product impossible. The warranty does not cover defects that have arisen due to long-term use, the effects of weather conditions or other external factors beyond the manufacturer’s control.
